Why Semi-Private?


Semi-private training is where two to three clients will receive individual instruction at the same time. Each client receives a personal program that last six weeks and is supported with a weekly semi-private workout with a fitness trainer. This option is economical and effective. You and your personal trainer will be co-creators of a new look and a new feeling in your life.
