Bootcamp membership is a great way to get coaching for a very cost effective price. We have many different options to help accommodate any budget.
Afterburn provides many different class times daily from early morning to evenings. Each workout last approximately 45-minutes witch includes warm-up and cool down.
Each session is led by an experienced, certified personal trainer and is designed to be fun, supportive but at the same time challenging. Don’t be intimidated, as the coaches will modify exercises based on client’s ability levels! Our personal trainers will teach you proper form to ensure a safe and effective workout.
