Step 1: Program Assessment
The first step is to determine specific needs and wants of the program. Afterburn begins with an overall assessment of the athletes or teams to determine were they should start in their fitness journey.
Step 2: Program Design
After the assessment is complete, Afterburn begins to design customized individual or team programming. Programming must match up to the specific goals the athlete or team is trying to achieve.
Step 3: Program Implementation
The last step is to implement program with athlete or team. In each session the Afterburn Athletics coach will teach and monitor program that is specifically design for athlete or team. Coaches will explain the “whys” and “how” of the program and explain how it will benefit to athletes specific sport.
